Advantages and Disadvantages of New Education Policy

Rules

• The last date of registration and      submitting video is 1st September 2020 (23:59).
• The participants shall      register themselves through this provided link : https://forms.gle/RMVG4BqueNButGCQ6
• Lone wolf only.
• The medium of the competition is      English only.
• Each participant will be      given a time limit not exceeding 5 minutes to speak on the subject.
• Participants has to send their video on WhatsApp no. +91-7091862058      and on 2nd September all the videos will be uploaded on our      YouTube channel.
• The decision of judges will      be final and binding on all contestants.
• At all points,      changes/modifications/exemptions can be made at the sole discretion of the      Judges in the interest of the participants
• The result of the said competition      will be declared on 5th September. E-certificates will be provided to all      participants within 7 days from the competition.

CONTENT and SPEAKING PRESENTATION

i. Greeting & Introduction of the subject

ii. Exposition of the main theme (Conciseness & Clarity of message, Originality/Points of interest, Incorporation of Personal references, Quotations & Biblical References)

iii. Moral & Practical Application

iv. Conclusion

v. Memorization (evaluated by pauses and amount of referring to index cards)

vi. Verbal Clarity (Annunciation and pronunciation of words, voice strength and projection)

vii. Presentation/Speaking Style (Mannerisms, Audience contact and voice modulation, Ability to keep the audience engaged by their speaking style)

Judging Criteria:

· Content / substance (20 points)

· Oratory skills (20 points)

· Presentation skills (10 points)

· Clarity of thought (10 points)

· Confidence (10 points)

· YouTube Views and Likes (30 points)

Prize Fund

Prize fund: (80% of Total entry fees)

(Exact prize money structure will be disclosed before 15 min of start of the tournament)

o 1st- 30% of prize money💰

o 2nd- 18% of prize money💰

o 3rd- 12% of prize money💰

o 4th- 8% of prize money💰

o 5th- 6% of prize money💰

o 6th- 6% of prize money💰

· Digital Merit Certificate shall be issued to the top 6 with Internship + Amazon Prime 1 month subscription + free blog publication

· E-Certificate of Participation for all
